At the request of several clubs we have just updated the setting to limit the cancellation of a reservation over time; for example, to prevent a member from cancelling a reservation at the last minute.
The gauge used to define the delay has been modified to offer you more flexibility and precision: while the setting was previously done to the hour (from 1 to 48 hours), it is now done "to the minute" for a delay of up to 30 days. This allows you for example the following settings:
" The subscriber can cancel their reservationup to 15 minutes before the slot starts. "
or again:
" The subscriber can cancel his reservation up to 7 days before the start of the slot
