Getting started with your organization
Follow this checklist to set up your organization in the right order: each step prepares the next one, from configuring the account to announcing the launch to your users.
Fill in the account settings
- Go to Administration›Settings›Account Settings.
- Check the organization's identity and contact details, its logo and its location.
- Choose the currency right away: it then applies to every price displayed.

Create your calendars
A calendar corresponds to a court or a bookable space. In Administration›Settings›Booking›Calendars, create one calendar per court, then set its opening hours and the length of the time slots for each day of the week.

Define the subscriptions
Subscriptions are the rules engine behind booking: they determine who can book, how many simultaneous bookings are allowed, on which calendars and within which time limits. Create them in Administration›Users›Access Rights›Subscriptions, starting simply: you will fine-tune the quotas and rules later.

Set up the profiles and roles
Profiles define the access rights to the features: four profiles are provided by default (Administrator, Activity leader, Member, Visitor) and you can create others. Check them in Administration›Users›Access Rights›Profiles & Roles before adding your users.

Import your users
In Administration›Users›Import / Export›Import a File, import your list of users from a file: the import can assign each of them a subscription and a profile. For just a few accounts, express creation is quicker.
You can also let players create their own account thanks to online registration.

Customize the home page
The home page of your club site is built from blocks: presentation, photos, public calendars, online registration… Customize it in Administration›Customize›Homepage, with your banner, your logo and the organization's colour theme.

Announce the launch
When everything is ready, share the site address with your users. The simplest way is to send a group message from Administration›Users›Group Messages: everyone receives the information by e-mail and can log in immediately.

Monitor activity after the launch
From the very first bookings, the dashboard gives you an overview: bookings, logins, occupancy rate and new registrations.
So that you never have to think about it, also enable the activity reports: the summary arrives by e-mail, including for the committee members who never log in to the application.
