Our Subcontractors and Third-Party Providers

The comprehensive list of third-party entities we engage to provide services on our behalf.

Netatoo may engage other companies to provide limited services on its behalf. Such subcontractors will be authorized to obtain customer data only to provide the services that Netatoo has retained them to provide, and they are prohibited from using customer data for any other purpose.

The list below includes all current subcontractors engaged by Netatoo, along with their location and the functions they perform.

Online SAS (France)

Provides hosting infrastructure for Netatoo's main application resources (web application servers, database servers).

OVHCloud (France)

Provides hosting infrastructure for Netatoo's main application resources (web application servers, database servers).

Gandi SAS (France)

Provides hosting infrastructure and domain name management for Netatoo as a registrar.

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States)

Provides geo-redundant infrastructure to deliver content faster (CDN), a firewall against DDoS and brute force attacks, as well as DNS management.

PayPal (United States)

Provides billing management and secure online payment services (for clubs that have activated this feature).

Paybox / Point Transaction Systems (France)

Provides secure online payment services (for clubs that have activated this feature).

Google LLC (United States)

Provides services such as email for Netatoo employees (G Suite) and a statistics service (Google Analytics).

Mailgun Technologies, Inc. (United States)

Provides services for sending transactional emails (booking confirmation, payment...) and marketing emails (newsletters).
Important: this service is used with servers hosted in Europe.
