Managing Access Control
Open doors and switch on lighting or heating automatically according to bookings, thanks to a partner solution connected to your organization.
Automating access based on bookings
When you connect your organization to an access control solution, bookings drive your facilities directly: the user who made the booking receives an access code or uses their badge, valid only during the hours of their booking. Depending on the solution you choose, the court lighting or heating can also switch on automatically.
This changes the organization's day-to-day routine in three ways:
- no more keys to lend or collect: the right to enter is created and withdrawn automatically;
- no more access outside booked time slots, and no more courts lit up for nobody;
- every door opening is linked to a booking, and therefore to an identified user.
Choosing a compatible solution
- Go to Administration›Settings›Access Control & Piloting.
- Browse the partner solutions on offer: connected doors and locks, badges, access codes, lighting and heating control.
- Click More Information on a solution's card to find out how it works and how it is set up.
Once your solution is up and running, its card displays the Activated badge and the Configure button gives access to its settings.
Comparing the four solutions
All four solutions share the same principle: they are configured from your organization account, they open doors according to bookings, and they can also open doors outside any booking — for your team, for a contractor or for shared access over a given time range. They differ mainly in what they require from your site, in the type of code given to players, and in what they can control besides the door.
Two notions come up in the table. A temporary code is valid only for a given booking, then stops working. A fixed code stays the same over time: that of a member, of your team or of a shared access point.

| Code given to the user | Personal codes, one code assigned to each user | Temporary codes and fixed codes | Temporary codes and fixed codes | Temporary codes and fixed codes |

| Opening not conditional on a booking | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |

Three questions are usually enough to make up your mind.
Does your site have a reliable Internet connection reaching the technical room? That is the requirement for PassPerso, which relies on a computer connected to the controller. The other three solutions ask nothing of your local network: their hardware manages on its own, via 4G, via Bluetooth or through onboard processing.
Are your courts open to occasional players or guests? A temporary code prevents a combination from circulating and eventually opening the door for everyone: Spartime, Neop and Igloohome issue one for each booking. PassPerso relies on each member's personal code, learned once and for all, which only opens their own time slots.
Do you need to control court lighting or heating? Three of the four solutions do so. Igloohome, which is based on standalone locks and padlocks, focuses on access alone.
