You have a new option in the subscriptions configuration, section " Reservation quota" section (menu Administration > Users > Subscriptions). This option allows your members to reserve, even if their quota is reached, as long as the reservation is made a few minutes before the beginning of the slot.
For example, let's say that the member's subscription has a quota of 1 reservation (at a time). Mr DUPONT has reserved a slot on court n°1 for next Friday, it is Monday.
This means that Mr DUPONT can't book anymore and has to wait until next Friday, the end of his slot, to be able to book again.
By checking this new option, Mr DUPONT will be allowed to book, despite his quota reached, provided that he books within 45 minutes before the beginning of the slot. For example: it's 3.40 pm, Mr DUPONT can book the 4 pm slot, despite his quota reached.
