We offer two new features in the module that allow you to send messages to club members (Administration > User management > Send a message):
Customize your group message by inserting variables. When you send the message, these variables will be automatically replaced with the data for each recipient.
For example, start your message with"Hello [#FIRSTNAME#]". When sending, the value surrounded by square brackets [#FIRSTNAME#] will be automatically replaced by the first name of each recipient.
Because it can be tedious to rewrite the same message several times, we now offer you the possibility to select a template among your last sent messages.
Thus, the message field will be automatically filled by the selected template.
