Our Commitment:
- Safeguarding Policy: We have a comprehensive Safeguarding Policy in place, which outlines our procedures for protecting children and vulnerable adults from harm. This policy is available to all members upon request.
- Trained Personnel: Our club officials and coaches receive regular safeguarding training to ensure they are aware of best practices and know how to respond to concerns.
- Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO): We have a designated Safeguarding Officer who is responsible for overseeing our safeguarding procedures and acting as a point of contact for any concerns.
- Open Communication: We encourage open communication and want all members to feel comfortable reporting any concerns they may have about the welfare of a child or vulnerable adult.
Reporting Concerns:
If you have any concerns about the safety or well-being of a child or vulnerable adult at our club, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Officer immediately. You can also report concerns to Table Tennis England (TTE) through their confidential reporting procedures.
