By default, an administrator/facilitator can book for other members even if they are suspended, expired or have reached their quota. This is very useful to be able to override restrictions on an ad hoc basis.
Many clubs have told us that they would like to be able to disable this behavior and thus prevent booking for a suspended or quota-full member.
Since this morning you have a new option inAdministration > Users > Profiles & Access Rights :
By activating this option, you will always have a detailed member listing:
But you won't be able to book for a member if his quota is reached, if his subscription has expired/not yet started, if he is suspended, if there is a ban rule, etc... and you will be informed by a message like this:
