Users - Importing a CSV file: detection of column separation by simple comma

The user import module, available from the Administration > Users > Import a file menu, is now able to detect column separators when you import a .CSV text file.
Previously only the "semicolon" separator was recognized, now the "comma" separator is also recognized.
