We have moved the "Mandatory contact information for reservations" setting to the "Subscriptions" configuration (Administration > Users menu) in order to give you more flexibility: you can now customize this setting for each subscription. This option was previously "global" and accessible in the old "Settings > Advanced options" menu.
To find this setting, go to the Administration > Users > Subscriptions menu, click on a subscription in the list and then open the "General" tab:
