It is now possible to merge booking credits and guest credits to use only one single credit counter.
By default, a player has two separate counters: a booking credit counter to book their time slots, and a guest credit counter to invite external players not registered on the application. This setup can lead to inconvenient situations in daily life. For example, a player may still have available guest credits but no more booking credits, preventing them from booking and causing frustration. They also have to make two separate purchases, one for bookings and another for invitations.
With the merging of credits, everything becomes simpler. The player only purchases booking credits, which they can then use both to book a time slot and to invite external players. This unified system makes it more readable and more comfortable to use daily by reducing friction at the time of purchase and booking, while improving the user experience. One wallet, one counter, a clearer logic for everyone.
Ideally, we recommend considering 1 credit = 1 €/$. This approach offers more flexibility in building your rates. For example, you can set a rate of 10 credits (10€) for 60 minutes of tennis, and 20 credits (20€) for 90 minutes of padel. This granularity allows for easier price adjustments according to activities, durations, or offered time slots; it also provides more clarity to the user.
If your club is already in production and your players have booking credits and guest credits on their account, it is recommended to prepare the transition. In this case, it is advisable to transfer the guest credits to the booking credit counter. Depending on your current configuration, it may also be useful to multiply or divide the credits before making this transfer.

The activation of this feature is done from the option « Unified Credit System », available in the subscription configuration, menu Administration > Users > Subscriptions, then in the tab « Guest Passes »:
To support this evolution, a tool is available from the action « Credits » in the menu « Administration > Users > User Management ». It allows, if necessary, to multiply or divide existing credits, for example, to switch from a system where 1 credit is worth 10 € to a system where 1 credit is worth 1 € (multiply by 10). This tool also allows transferring guest credits to the booking credit wallet, to facilitate the migration to the unified system.
With this new setup, credit management becomes clearer for both players and administrators. It is a concrete evolution, designed to simplify payments, streamline booking, and make the system more intuitive daily.
